If a player is breaking the rules — harassment, spam, hate speech, doxxing, anything — please report them. We take reports seriously and respond fast.
How to report
From a message
Tap and hold the offending message. Tap Report. Pick a reason from the list. Add context if you want.
From a profile
Open the player's profile. Tap the menu icon (⋯) → Report player. Pick a reason.
From a coven
In coven discussions, every message has a small flag icon next to it. Tap it.
What happens after you report
- The report enters our moderation queue.
- Our automated filters triage it. Severe content (threats, CSAM, doxxing) is escalated immediately.
- A human moderator reviews within 4 hours for safety reports, 48 hours for everything else.
- The moderator takes action: warn, suspend, or ban — or dismisses the report if no rule was broken.
Reports are confidential
We never reveal who reported whom. The reported player is told their content was removed, not who reported it.
What if I see something illegal?
For content that may be illegal in your jurisdiction (CSAM, threats, fraud, terrorism), use the report flow above and the moderator will escalate to local authorities as needed. Do not post details or screenshots publicly.
Retaliation
Retaliation against reporters — naming, doxxing, or harassing them — is itself a bannable offense. We watch for it.
