Pity mechanics
To avoid streaks of low-rarity outcomes, two soft pity systems are in effect:
- Guaranteed Rare+ — every 20 investigations without a Rare or better, the next investigation guarantees at least Rare.
- Guaranteed Epic+ — every 100 investigations without an Epic or better, the next investigation guarantees at least Epic.
The pity counter is visible in your investigation log, and it resets when the guaranteed outcome lands.
First-time bonus
Your first 5 investigations ever use a boosted distribution (Common 40%, Uncommon 35%, Rare 15%, Epic 8%, Legendary 2%) so new players can build a starting codex without grinding.
Cosmetic items
Cosmetic items in the shop are sold at fixed prices. There are no randomized cosmetic boxes, gacha bundles, or loot boxes of any kind.
