## Story format

- A new chapter is published every day.
- Each chapter is generated by AI under human editorial oversight.
- Player votes, investigations, and faction operations from the previous day shape the next chapter.
- Every chapter passes through a ten-step pipeline (collect → community detection → retrieve → plan → simulate → validate → update graph → write → edit → human review).

## AI transparency

- The pipeline uses Anthropic's Claude (writing, editorial), Google's Gemini (validation, structured output), and OpenAI's TTS (audio narration for Chronicle+).
- A human curator reviews every chapter before publication.
- No personal data is sent to AI providers — inputs are aggregated game state, anonymized.

## Numbers (pre-launch)

- ~12,000 entities in the canonical lore graph.
- ~57,500 tokens per chapter across the full pipeline.
